What to expect from your Home Inspection - Part 1

A home inspection covers so much that we won't get into the detail of every item that an inspector looks at.

What you need to know as a client is the condition of the major components such as the roof, HVAC system, electrical system, plumbing, foundation and the building envelope.

In southern Oregon we see dramatic temperature changes and sometimes significant rainfall. The importance of the building envelope which includes the roof, window seals, door seals, insulation in the walls and floors plays a big role in a home inspection.
